01 — Read

Read the listing for the four “ask first” signals.
GCash / Maya / padala-style transfers, "processing" / "placement" / "training" fees, "no interview", and off-platform-only contact. Whether the listing comes from an Employer or an Agency intermediary, the same four signals apply — pause if any are in the post.

02 — Look up

Look the agency up on DMW / POEA.
Match the agency / officer name against the public licence search on dmw.gov.ph and poea.gov.ph. A clean listing still has to clear this before you send an ID or a peso — for Employers and for the Agency intermediaries that introduce them.

03 — Verify

Run the listing through Kayanin.
