Creating the new workforce

How Kayanin Works

Kayaninis a three-sided career platform connecting Filipino talent, the Employers and Businesses hiring them, and the Agencies that introduce both sides — a 0–100 trust index that scores three peers (Workers, Employers, Agencies), keeps job search free at every tier, and shapes the next generation of work, from the Philippines to the world.

Three peers, one trust index

Workers, Employers / Businesses, and Agencies — three peers, three relationships.

The platform keeps three separate scorecards — Worker Trust, the Employer Score, and the Agency Score — each with its own seven dimensions, displayed to the other peers before any conversation starts. The three relationships are: Worker ↔ Employer (direct hire), Worker ↔ Agency (an Agency introduces a Worker to Employers), and Employer ↔ Agency (an Agency sources and manages talent on behalf of an Employer). Scoring is automated and re-runs nightly; only verification and payout release are human-gated.

For Filipino talent

Worker Trust, seven dimensions.
  • Identity verified, employment history filed at submission, profile published.
  • Application history reflects depth of practice — status, recency, and edits.
  • Daily-login streak ties the rest of the dimensions together over time.
  • Commitment & reliability — timely responses, showing up for interviews, completing agreed next steps.

For Employers / Businesses

An Employer Score, seven dimensions.
  • Every Employer / Business is scored 0–100 at sign-up — the same rubric that scores the Workers they hire.
  • Closed, withdrawn, and reposted requisitions weighted by recency and volume.
  • Posted-pay audits surface payout drift before a Worker ever sees the listing.
  • Hiring follow-through — response, applicant updates, honoring the role + offer terms a posting promised.

For agencies

An Agency Score, across companies.
  • Placements divided by the total tracked events across companies.
  • Ghosted Workers, pay disputes, and advisories filed against the agency.
  • Placement integrity — accurate role / pay / fee / condition representation, no hidden or pay-to-apply charges, follow-through after referral.
  • Agencies sit between Workers and Employers as intermediaries — they introduce workers to employers; they do not replace either side.
  • Cross-company history kept separate from any one Employer score.

Employer-side scoring rubric

Seven dimensions, one Employer Score.

The Employer Score breaks down into seven dimensions. The Worker Trust and Agency Score have their own seven each — see the full rubric for every dimension on every role.

  • Registration + tax-id

Identity and tax-id cross-reference at sign-up, before any listings can be posted.

  • POEA / DMW licence

Migrant-worker licence cross-reference for OFWs and outbound candidates.

  • Advisories + posted-pay

Hits on DFA / DMW / BI advisories, and posted-pay diff-checked against the actual offer letter.

  • Hiring history + ghosting

Closed vs withdrawn vs reposted requisitions, weighted by recency and volume — and time-to-response / offer-revocation tallies.

  • Applicant reviews + hiring follow-through

Stars + outcome-context from applicants, plus the response, applicant-update, and offer-terms follow-through a posting promised.
