Three peers · One trust index
The world is hiring. The Philippines is ready.
Kayanin is a three-sided career platform — Filipino Workers, the Employers and Businesses hiring them, and the Agencies introducing both sides. Three peer scores (Worker Trust, Employer Score, Agency Score) keep each side honest; job search stays free at every tier; and Kayanin never places workers or takes a cut of wages.
New opportunities, scored by the people who hire them.
Filipino remote workers and OFWs get a 0–100 Worker Trust score built from seven worker-side dimensions: identity verification, employment history, the profile you publish, an optional AI mock interview, accumulated application history (status + recency + edits), your daily-login streak, and commitment & reliability. The same depth of scrutiny applied to Employers and Agencies is applied to every Worker — so the next step is yours, and it's a real one.
Kayanin scores three peers on equal footing — Workers, Employers / Businesses, and Agencies — connected by three relationships (Worker ↔ Employer, Worker ↔ Agency, Employer ↔ Agency). Job search stays free at every tier, ghosting drops, and the OFW + remote-career path levels up for everyone building the next generation of work.

A future-ready workforce, scored before day one.
Every Employer / Business ships with an Employer Score out of the box — registration, migrant-licence cross-reference, advisories, posted-pay vs the actual offer, ghosting rates, the applicant reviews that close the loop, and hiring follow-through. The Agency directory on Kayanin introduces Workers to your hiring team through intermediaries, distinct from the direct Worker ↔ Employer relationship.
Agencies are scored across every company they serve.
Agencies are a third peer on Kayanin, with their own Agency Score. They sit between Workers and Employers as intermediaries — they introduce workers to employers, they source and manage talent on behalf of an employer, but they do not replace either side. The Agency Score keeps a separate cross-company history rollup so the placement record across employers is captured distinctly from any one company score — placements, ghostings, pay disputes, advisories, reviews, and placement integrity per agency.
The connection point
Three peers, three relationships — Filipino Workers, the Employers and Businesses hiring them, and the Agencies introducing both sides.
Kayanin is a three-sided career platform for the next generation of Filipino work — globally connecting skill with demand, whether that talent is just starting out, returning from overseas, or scaling a remote career across borders. The product is a set of three peer scores: Worker Trust, Employer Score, and Agency Score— each rating the same way, and each one visible to the others before the conversation starts.
The three peers are connected by three relationships: Worker ↔ Employer (direct hire), Worker ↔ Agency (an Agency introduces a Worker to Employers), and Employer ↔ Agency(an Agency sources and manages talent on behalf of an Employer). Each peer scores 0–100 at registration; scores update as the relationship plays out — cross-referenced against OFW-licence records, government-advisory hits, hiring history, posted-pay versus the actual offer, and ghosting rates on the employer side; placement rate, ghosted workers, and a separate cross-company history on the agency side. Job search and applying stay free at every tier; that choice is what makes Kayanin a platform for the next generation, not a recruitment agency of the last one.

How the score is built
Three peers. Three scores. Seven components each.
Verification, payout release and Flagged status are human-gated; everything else on this list is automated and re-runs nightly — so the bridge between Workers, Employers / Businesses, and Agencies keeps learning.
Worker Trust
Updated on every approved submission · mock interview is optional
Identity, employment history, the profile you publish, an optional AI mock interview, accumulated application history, the daily-login streak, and commitment & reliability — built from the existing verification + profile signals. Sanay reviewers gate identity + employment history; commitment & reliability anchors to preps + edits + streak so the Worker-side engagement story is visible. The same depth of scoring is applied to every Employer and Agency.
- IdentityGovernment ID verified by a Sanay reviewer; the foundation of Worker Trust — one of the three peer scores on Kayanin, scored on the same footing as the Employer Score and Agency Score.

- Commitment & ReliabilityTimely responses, showing up for interviews or commitments, and completing the next steps a Worker agrees to on the platform — the Worker-side half of Kayanin's 'proof over promises / trust both ways' tenet. Until a Worker engages with the platform, this component sits at a conservative floor with an explicit 'Awaiting first signal' note — the score is earned, not granted.

Employer Score
Applicant reviews file directly · advisories require moderator confirmation
Registration, migrant-licence cross-reference, advisories, posted-pay vs the actual offer, ghosting, applicant reviews — and hiring follow-through, which keeps the score honest about response, applicant updates, and honoring the role + next steps + offer terms a posting promised. All seven are measured against the worker's view of the same employer relationship.
- RegistrationIdentity and tax-id cross-reference at sign-up, before any listings can be posted. The Employer Score is one of the three peer scores on Kayanin, scored on equal footing with Worker Trust and Agency Score.

- Hiring Follow-throughResponse, applicant updates, and honoring the role, next steps, and offer terms a posting promised. The Employer-side companion to 'proof over promises' — a high score on the registration, pay, or reviews axis can't carry an Employer that ghosts the applicants it invites. Until cross-section signal exists, this component anchors at the conservative floor with an 'Awaiting first signal' note.

Agency Score
Cross-company history preserves breadth · not folded into any one employer
Placement rate across companies, ghosted workers, advisories, reviews, and placement integrity — accurate representation of role, pay, fees, and conditions; no hidden or pay-to-apply charges; follow-through after referral. Alongside a separate cross-company history rollup that no single Employer's score can overwrite. Agencies act as intermediaries between Workers and Employers; they don't replace either side.
- RegistrationVerified at sign-up; agency plans must be active for the listing to stay public. The Agency Score is one of the three peer scores on Kayanin, scored on equal footing with Worker Trust and the Employer Score.

- Placement IntegrityAccurate representation of role, pay, fees, and conditions — no hidden or pay-to-apply charges, and follow-through after the referral. The Agency-side mirror to Kayanin's 'proof over promises' tenet: an Agency whose placement count is high but whose representation is sloppy hasn't earned a positive subscore. Until a cross-section of agency-level signals exists, this component anchors at the conservative floor.

The nightly pipeline
We surface what we can prove. Everything else we deep-link out.
A nightly aggregator ingests ATS boards and public feeds, then expires listings at 14 days. LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, Glassdoor, JobStreet and Kalibrr are notscraped — we deep-link out to them with per-listing attribution, so the connection between Filipino Workers, Employers / Businesses, and the Agencies introducing them stays honest on every side.

Governance
The score isn't the whole story — the platform backs it with a paper trail.
Here's what Kayanin commits to — on paper, in the BIR, and at point of sale — so the connection point is one every peer can rely on: Workers, Employers / Businesses, and Agencies on equal footing.
Not a recruiter
Kayanin is not a recruitment agency. We do not place Workers with Employers, do not charge Workers for job access or applications, and do not take a cut of wages — Agencies registered on the platform hold that role.
BIR Non-Resident DSP
Registered under RA 12023. Kayanin remits 12% VAT on the member-side B2C, with all prices VAT-inclusive per RA 11967.
14-day cooling-off
Annual subscriptions only, with a 14-day cooling-off refund. PHP via GCash/Maya; USD via Stripe/Paddle.
FTC income disclosure
A single-level, performance-rung affiliate (10–25%) ships with an FTC income disclosure baked into the page. Phantom equity sits outside the cap table; vesting 20%/yr over 5 years, settled cash.
