How does Kayanin score a listing?
Eight keyword patterns tuned to PH-OFW scam reports, plus a host-pattern check that flags free-hosted landing pages and uncommon TLDs. Verdict is red when any "danger" pattern matches, yellow on two or more "warn" patterns, otherwise green.

Where does Kayanin send my pasted text?
Nowhere. It runs entirely in this service — the form POSTs to /api/scam-check, which runs the rules in-memory and returns the verdict. There is no database write, no external API, and no AI call.

Why a yellow / green verdict is not a pass
The check covers common PH-OFW patterns only. A clean green still means "verify on dmw.gov.ph / poea.gov.ph before paying any fee or sending IDs."
