The Employer Score — the trust pillar employers carry on Kayanin.
A single 0–100, averaged from seven equal-weight components — registration, migrant-worker licence cross-reference, government-advisory hits, posted-pay vs offer, ghosting rates, applicant reviews, and hiring follow-through. Every Worker and Agency sees the score (and the breakdown) before engaging an employer.
The seven components
One score, seven components — every signal visible.
The Employer Score is the simple, equal-weighted average of the seven components above, rolled into a single 0–100 integer. Weights are deliberately equal so any one signal that drifts is visible in the breakdown rather than being absorbed by the rolled-up number.
What the scorecard looks like
An illustrative sample, then the live read.
The card below is a hard-coded sample so visitors understand the visual before the live card surfaces below it. Numbers are illustrative only — the live card, when an employer is on the platform, displays a real, computed adjudication.

For employers
Employer registration is opening soon.
The Employer Score pillar is now part of the public explainer. Self-registration is rolling out next — meanwhile, employers can post through the existing/businesssurface to be scorecard-eligible from day one.
Each component is independently auditable — the score never hides the breakdown.
